I believe that the best thing someone can do with a body of knowledge is apply it and share it with others. I have been interested in physical fitness for a long time and was always one to share tips and training ideas with friends.
In 2012, I passed the course for CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) Trainer to formalize some of my knowledge and experience. In 2014, I became an Assistant Coach at CrossFit Somerville and am learning how to effectively coach a group of athletes towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
