My running training eventually led me to try my hand at triathlons. I was already biking a lot all over town as my main form of transportation, but I sorely needed to improve my swimming ability.
I took swimming lessons and attended coached workouts to go along with my running club training and long sessions on the bicycle.
I have completed two Half-Ironman distance triathlons, both in under 6 hours. I have also competed in two sprint distance and one olympic distance races.
